What it costs

$5 per listing for 60 days, your first listing free until January 13, 2027, and no commission on a cat, ever.

The short version

$5 per listing. First listing free until January 13, 2027.

For people rehoming a cat, rescues, and anyone selling without a cattery. Each listing runs 60 days on its fee, priced up to the Individual cap. List as many cats as you like, each its own $5 listing. No subscription and no card kept on file.

Purry takes no cut of what a cat sells for. There is no commission and no fee on a payment. Buyers pay you directly, and a payment taken through Purry is processed through your own Stripe account; Stripe's own processing fee is charged to your account by Stripe.

Paying for a listing

Write your listing and press Publish: Stripe opens for the $5 fee, and the listing goes live once the payment is confirmed and your ID check has passed. The fee covers 60 days from the day you first publish the listing. Each payment, with its Stripe receipt, is on your Billing page.

Kittens are listed one by one, each its own $5 listing.

Your free first listing

Your first listing is free if it is created on or before January 13, 2027; after that, every listing is $5. It also needs a verified mobile number: one free listing per account, and one per phone number, ever.

The free listing is the first cat you publish: a draft you never put live does not use it. It covers that cat's first 60 days; relisting it after them, and every listing after it, is $5. Nothing is charged for it, so there is nothing to refund.

After 60 days

When the 60 days are up the listing shows Expired and comes down. Relist for $5 puts it back up for another 60 days. Withdrawing a listing does not pause its 60 days: relisting it inside them is free, and after them it is $5.

The price cap

An Individual listing is priced at $1,000 or less in US dollars, or at most 1,400 Canadian dollars, 950 euros, 800 pounds or 150,000 yen, whichever is your currency. Above that you are selling cats as a business, which is what the Breeder plan is for. The cap is the line between the two, not a judgment about any cat.

Free to a good home

Free to a good home is welcome, at the same listing fee. Check Free to a good home under the price: the listing shows as Free, the cat goes home by pickup or by meeting partway, and the buyer pays nothing at all, no fee, no transport cost and no deposit. Your $5 listing fee still applies. Buyers still verify their phone and answer the questionnaire before messaging you, and the listing tells them: "This cat is free. If anyone asks you to pay anything, report it." Free cats are gathered at /free.

$5 per cat for 30 days. Optional, no auto renew. Feature as many of your cats as you like, each its own purchase.

A featured cat comes first on the default view of Find a Cat, the kittens page (for a kitten), Free (for a free cat), breed pages, breed-in-state pages and location pages, with its sticker, for 30 days from the moment you pay; the most recently featured cats come first among them. When a buyer chooses a sort of their own (newest, price, age), it takes its natural place in that order and keeps its sticker, and the buyer's filters always apply to it.

Feature an available cat with Feature · $5 on its row in Cats for sale, or Feature this cat on the Featured card in its editor. Make it yours first: a border in one of six colors (peach, butter, sky, sage, lilac or rose) and a sticker, or No sticker, with the card previewed as you choose. Seasonal, special edition adds holiday stickers and rings. Change look changes them while it runs, at no cost.

If the feature would run past the listing's paid 60 days, the listing stays up until the feature ends, at no extra cost; the dialog says until when.

It ends on its own after 30 days, or sooner if the cat is reserved or finds a home, and it does not come back; there is no refund for unused time. We email you 3 days before it ends.

What your Billing page says

"An Individual seller has no subscription. You pay $5 per listing, and a listing runs 60 days. First listing free until January 13, 2027." Under it, Payments lists each listing fee, relisting and Featured cat, with its date, the cat and its Stripe receipt.

If you breed

If you breed cats and sell kittens as a cattery, the Breeder plan is the one for you: unlimited listings that never expire, no price cap, your own cattery site, expected litters with waitlists, and a registry check for the Registry Checked chip, which is optional. What the Breeder plan costs. You can move to it from Settings whenever you like; you keep selling as an Individual until your card is on.
